The City of Fort Pierce Celebrates City Government Week: “My Fort Pierce.”
The City of Fort Pierce will celebrate Florida City Government Week-themed, "My Fort Pierce.” the week of October 17 and 23, by hosting a week-long photo contest, fun-trivial games about Fort Pierce, and answering the top 3 questions asked from the City’s website. Be sure to follow along through the City’s social media channels!
About the Photo Contest:
Amateur and professional photographers of all ages are encouraged to enter their best images that celebrate, “My Fort Pierce.” The contest will begin on Monday, October 17th through Sunday, October 23rd. Entering is free and easy and done online at the following link:
The focus of this contest is to celebrate Fort Pierce from the perspective of our residents. All photos must be taken in and of Fort Pierce. The top 5 photos will be featured on the City's website, the City's social media pages, and in the City Manager’s Report with a photographer photo credit.
Answering the Top 3:
During City Government Week, the City will be answering the top 3 questions from our recently launched Chatbot that’s featured on the city’s website. The answer to these top 3 questions will be answered during the week through a fun video series on Facebook and Instagram. Stay tuned at: and

Florida City Government Week, held annually in October, is a time for cities across the state to celebrate and bring awareness to the role city government plays in enhancing the quality of life for residents through civic engagement activities.
