Though Tropical Storm Isaias was expected to strengthen overnight, it remains a tropical storm and atmospheric conditions are not favorable for strengthening at this time. Tropical Storm and Storm Surge Warnings remain in effect for St. Lucie County.


As of 11am on Sunday, August 2, we have the following update:


City Operations Resume Tomorrow

City of Fort Pierce will resume normal COVID-19 operations on Monday, August 3 and staff will be conducting post-storm damage assessment. The City of Fort Pierce Commission meeting will proceed as regularly scheduled on Monday, August 3 at 6:30pm at City Hall.


Parking Garage

The City of Fort Pierce Parking Garage will reopen to the public at 7am.


Power Outages

FPUA - Fort Pierce Utilities Authority customers can report outages to 772-466-7703 or www.fpua.com.

FPL - To report or check the status of an outage, please visit: https://www.fpl.com/my-account/web-outage.html#wors/mainTab/phoneTab. Call 1-800-4-OUTAGE (1-800-468-8243) immediately to report a dangerous condition such as a downed power line.
