[ARCHIVED] Volunteers Needed for Keep Fort Pierce Beautiful Great American Cleanup

Keep Fort Pierce Beautiful invites the community to attend the 2015 "Time to SHINE" Great American Cleanup from 8 AM to noon, Saturday, May 16, 2015.

This year’s cleanup will be held at River Walk Center, 600 N. Indian River Dr., Fort Pierce. Keep America Beautiful nationwide Great American Cleanup program, which runs from March 1 through May 31. On May 16, hundreds of volunteers in will be participating in the Clean & Green Day Event, with the mission to make Fort Pierce the cleanest, most beautiful city.

Volunteers of all ages are invited to participate. KFPB will provide supplies such as litter pickers, trash and recycle bags and gloves. Lunch will be provided after the cleanup, as well as informational booths, face painting, bounce house, police K-9 demonstration and prize drawings. Please don’t miss this important event!
