[ARCHIVED] Hillary Clinton's Visit to Downtown Fort Pierce - Impact on Traffic and Parking

Due to the visit of Hillary Clinton on Friday, September 30, the following road closures have been announced:
Beginning at midnight, Depot Drive from Orange Avenue south to Boston Avenue and Atlantic Avenue from 2nd Street east to Indian River Drive will be CLOSED.
Beginning at 6 a.m., 2nd Street from Orange Avenue south to Boston Avenue will be CLOSED.
The public will be able to park in the City Hall parking garage, the 2nd Street parking garage, in curbside parking spaces on any open streets and in the 2nd Street Bistro and Marina Square parking lots.
Fort Pierce Police Department and St. Lucie Sheriff's Office personnel will be on hand to enforce these closures.

The City of Fort Pierce has temporarily suspended the two-hour parking restriction on Friday, September 30 in an effort to improve parking accessibility during Secretary Clinton's visit.
