  3. Ciderworks for Manatees: Save the Seagrass!

    The Treasure Coast Manatee Foundation and Manatee Observation and Education Center are partnering locally with Pierced Ciderworks to celebrate Manatee Awareness Month with a fundraiser to Save the Seagrass! There will be live music, silent auction, prize wheel, bake sale, oyster table, seagrass planting, and a limited edition cider on tap. All proceeds of this fundraising event will be directed to a Moore's Creek restoration project bringing freshwater and saltwater grasses from 7th Street all the way east to the Manatee Center. The project will begin in Spring 2022, and result in one acre of submerged aquatic vegetation restored to Moore's Creek.
