Please be advised that when submitting for Development Permit Compliance Review (DPCR), the Planning & Zoning, Engineering and Public Works Departments require paper plans. For all submittals, please submit your application and plans electronically through email to dpcr@cityoffortpierce.com and submit a set of paper plans to the Building Department for each required departmental review. When paper plans are required, please do not email your application and plans until you have submitted your paper plans. If you are unsure what reviews are required, please review the submittal checklists on our website, or contact us at (772) 467-3718 or dpcr@cityoffortpierce.com. Please note that plans submitted through DPCR will not be returned to the Building Department. After receiving DPCR approval, if you plan on submitting paper plans for your building permit, you will need to obtain additional signed and sealed plans.
