Victim : Jeremy Wilson, 24, of Fort Pierce (deceased)

FORT PIERCE  – The Fort Pierce Police Department responded at approximately 3:20 a.m. Saturday to the 1100 block of Avenue D in reference to shooting activity.

A victim, Jeremy Wilson, 24, of Fort Pierce, was wounded. He was driven to a local hospital by a bystander where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The case remains under investigation.
