Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance is for those 60+, if uses 8 forms of Tai Chi in combination with therapeutic movements to build strength, enhance muscle memory in the muscles that we use to prevent a fall, and promote a healthy life style. Everyone works at their own pace, all forms are done seated, chair assist and standing on your own.
