City parks are open from sunrise to sunset unless otherwise posted. Come on out and enjoy the fun at any of our parks! For more information about facilities, fees, reservations, permitting, special events and specific rules and regulations, please call the River Walk Center at (772) 489-6473 any time Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Reservations will not be taken over the telephone. The person reserving the pavilion must visit the River Walk Community Center to fill out a Park Pavilion Permit. To check availability, please call 772-489‐6473.
Fort Pierce has many beautiful parks, several with large and small covered shelters and picnic facilities that may be reserved for a fee.
Rotary Park, Pinewood Park and Kimberly Bergalis Park fees are as follows:
City residents - $75 plus tax
Nonresidents - $125 plus tax
Jaycee Park reservation fees are as follows:
City residents - $125 plus tax
Nonresidents - $200 plus tax
Pursuant to Sec. 12-353 of the city code, the City Manager may waive or reduce fees, application time limitations, insurance requirements, and expenses for police protection, as otherwise required by this chapter, for special events held for the sole purpose of exercising constitutionally protected rights to free public speech. A request for such waiver or reduction shall be submitted to the City Manager in writing and in advance of the event. The waiver or reduction may be granted only when all other standards provided in Chapter 12 are met and the event does not create a public safety hazard.
