Iola Mosley graduated from Howard University School of Law in Washington D.C. and has almost thirty years of experience within the legal community. Iola has practiced law as a sole practitioner; Public Defender; attorney for the City of West Palm; and Senior Counsel for Academics with the Office of General Counsel for the School District of Palm Beach County.
She is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the F. Malcolm Cunningham Bar Association, American Inns of Court and has been published in the Family Law Journal.
Iola currently serves as a presenter and panelist for the Black American Law Student conference; trustee and a music ministry leader for he New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in West Palm Beach, Florida; member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and the Charmettes.
Caroline A. Valentin, Assistant City Attorney
Caroline Valentin graduated from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law where she was a member of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program, a Sonnenschein Scholar, Co-President of the Corporate Law Society, Treasurer of the Public Interest Law Foundation, and Co-Founder and Board Member of the Diversity Committee.
Caroline has worked as a Trial Associate for the Southern California office of Dorsey & Whitney LLP, and as General Counsel of NDEX West, LLC. She also helped establish the first centralized Office of Contract Administration for the University of Texas at Dallas where she reviewed, drafted and negotiated the University's business contracts.
A member of the Florida Bar Association and the Port St. Lucie Bar Association, Caroline is licensed to practice law in Florida and California.
